It’s not easy to find a nice bakery specialized in Basque cheesecake! Luckily I finally found one here. Tried their original basque cake. It tastes light and comes with airy texture. It’s also mildly caramelized, which is good! Personally I don’t like overly sweetened cheesecake this it hits my sweet spot! Recommended and I’d love to try their different flavors in slices.

Outstanding bakery, had some of their butter cookies. What makes them so perfect is that you can taste the quality ingredients used and there is a balance, so it is not overly sweet it is just right. Haven't tried their cheesecake yet, but I will.

Holy Bee's is really the bomb. They are so nice with exceptional customer service. I was wanting a cheesecake really bad during this COVID-19 pandemic, and they truly were awesome. I ordered the Chocolate Basque Burnt Cheesecake. It was absolutely delicious with a wonderful taste and very smooth. I had never had this type of cheesecake before. I submitted my order online and within just a few hours of submitting it, my cheesecake was at my door. They deliver to you if you order a whole cheesecake. I ordered from them not only once, but twice. I will order from them again soon as well. So glad they delivered and it was seamlessly delivered during this horrible COVID-19 pandemic. I highly recommend Holy Bee's! I dont think you will be disappointed.

Holy Bee Bakery came up twice this week, so a visit was imperative after the bakery left free samples at our apartment complex. Tiny, without much of a selection, Holy Bee was one of those retail operations that forces you to wonder how the heck they survive financially. The shortbread cookies are nice, in that shortbread kind of way, not sensational but nice. The cheesecake is an acquired taste, with a burnt smoky flavor while being very light at the same time. I liked them. This business needs support, and it’s in my neighborhood. Thus, the five stars. Go and see what you think.

Everything is delicious! They have a generous amount of samples out, so we've been able to try many of their treats. Highlights so far are the Sesame Shortbread and Taro "Bee Box" parfait-like dessert. Ooh and the Uber Butter Cookies!

Delicious basque cheesecake and earl grey shortbread cookies! Basque cheesecake had a thoroughly burnt exterior and wasn't too sweet. I absolutely loved the shortbread for it's crumbly texture and buttery flavor. They have some other unique flavors such as lavender and peanut butter chocolate.

Very friendly owners and delicious baked goods! I love the matcha flavored treats and the black sesame cookies are delicious! The shop itself is very cute and playfully decorated. Stop by for a quick treat! There are lots of free samples to try!
